1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Lucky Games website, downloading the Lucky Games app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the Lucky Games platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all use of the Lucky Games platform, including the sportsbook, casino, slot games, fish games, live casino and all promotional features.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence. 2Eligibility

3Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Lucky Games account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your real name, date of birth and contact details.
• Keep your account credentials — username and password — confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify Lucky Games immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

Lucky Games may require you to verify your identity at any time. This may include submitting a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or other documents as reasonably requested. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All transactions on Lucky Games are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Lucky Games supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of deposit.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on your bank.
• Lucky Games does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in your name that has previously been used to deposit funds to your Lucky Games account, or that has been verified by the Lucky Games payments team.
• Lucky Games will process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within the same day during business hours.
• Lucky Games reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may delay the transfer but is done to protect your account.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 of these Terms.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Lucky Games offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, free spins and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement (e.g. 10x, 20x) is stated on each promotion page. Bets placed using bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or free bet credits that expire will be removed from your account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active welcome or deposit bonus at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Eligible Games: Certain bonuses may only be used on specific game categories — for example, a slots free spin bonus cannot be used on live casino tables. These restrictions will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: Lucky Games reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, misleading information or systematic exploitation of bonus terms.
• PSL & Cricket Promotions: Special promotions tied to Pakistan Super League matches or international cricket events may carry additional conditions, including minimum odds requirements and event-specific restrictions.

Lucky Games reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players are responsible for checking the current terms of any promotion before participating.

6Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on Lucky Games, including PSL cricket, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other markets.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by Lucky Games. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your betting history.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change between the time you select them and the time you confirm your bet. If the odds change before confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event. Lucky Games cannot guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets during any match.
• Voided Bets: Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the declared settlement date, or if a market is suspended due to a technical error or integrity concern. Voided bets are refunded to your Lucky Games balance in PKR.
• PSL & Cricket Settlement: PSL cricket bets are settled according to the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the governing body of the relevant competition. If a match is abandoned mid-play, settlement rules stated in the specific market description will apply.
• Maximum Winnings: Lucky Games may apply maximum payout limits on individual bets or accumulator bets. Any applicable limit will be visible at the time of placing your bet.
• Errors: If a bet is accepted due to a clear pricing error (for example, odds that are obviously incorrect due to a technical fault), Lucky Games reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.

7Games & Casino

Lucky Games offers slot games, fish shooting games, live casino and other gaming products. The following rules apply to all casino and gaming activity on the platform.

• Fair Play: All slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generator technology to ensure fair and unpredictable results. Lucky Games does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Game Rules: Each game has its own specific rules, paytable and return-to-player (RTP) information displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these before playing.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are hosted by real dealers and streamed in real time. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) and are not controlled by Lucky Games software.
• Fish Games: Fish shooting games operate on a credit system. Credits are deducted as you play and prizes are credited to your account balance based on the specific game rules displayed in the game.
• Technical Issues: If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on the Lucky Games side, any affected round will be voided and your stake refunded. Lucky Games is not liable for interruptions caused by your internet connection or device.
• Session Limits: Lucky Games may apply session time reminders to encourage responsible gaming. These reminders are informational and do not automatically end your session.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Lucky Games platform:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with Lucky Games, including for bet placement, game play or account management.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Match fixing, collusion or any form of manipulation of sports events or casino game outcomes.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit into a Lucky Games account (money laundering).
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Abusing, threatening or harassing Lucky Games support staff or other players.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your Lucky Games account to any other person.
• Exploiting bonus promotions through systematic abuse, including using multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Lucky Games reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Confirmed use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Any other situation where Lucky Games determines that continued access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games and betting markets.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Lucky Games reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed at a player's own request for responsible gaming reasons, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

10Responsible Gaming

Lucky Games provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to notify you how long you have been actively playing during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Lucky Games platform. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. To request self-exclusion, contact Lucky Games support.
